At the heart of your table awaits a generous stack of freshly made Rhodope marudnitsi – traditional pancakes prepared one by one with authentic sheep’s yogurt, fresh eggs, premium flour and real butter.

Serve them just the way you like them – with homemade fruit preserve, rich sour cream or local sheep’s cheese.

Kalamata olives, sweet cherry tomatoes and seasonal vegetables complete the experience, creating a beautiful balance between sweet and savoury flavours.

This is more than breakfast.

The marudnitsi are prepared just before serving, so you can enjoy them warm and fragrant.All of this, served against one of the most beautiful views in the Rhodope Mountains.
