“Our place” is located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Rhodope Mountains, Zornitsa. There are breathtaking views of the mountains, the village has preserved its authentic spirit, it can be reached by an asphalt road, the water is high mountain, spring! Because of the southern exposure, six months of the year here smells of herbs and flowers, and the forest is full of mushrooms.
We offer stylish and functional spaces – fully renovated and at the same time carrying the spirit of the mountain! Each of them has mandatory separate rest rooms, its own kitchen and bathroom, work space and wireless internet. Suitable for both short term vacation and longer term stay and remote work location. Cozy, warm, bright and clean!

We are Ivan and Vanya – two Sofians who decided to follow their dream of a home in the Rhodopes. The unique location of the village brought us to Zornitsa. Here, the whole mountain is right in front of your eyes – as if at your fingertips. We liked two crumbling stone houses, not because it would be easy to repair them, but because they had something priceless – a view, a real gift for the senses. And so our adventure began. We were joined by our two faithful dogs – Draga and Bella and our wonderful cats Cassie and Ari. We have lived every moment of the creation of “Our Place” with our hearts, down to the smallest detail, and we have been developing the place with great love, desire and attitude. We welcome every guest as a close friend – for us this is our home, and when we open the doors of our home, we always give our best!
