III. Definitions

  • Service – Short-term property reservations
  • Reservation – A selected short-term booking for holiday stays. Reservations can be made online or via inquiry
  • Client/User – Anyone who has purchased or placed an order through the Provider’s online store
  • Prices – Clearly marked under each package, in BGN including VAT

IV. User Rights and Obligations

  • Users may browse services, make inquiries, and place reservations
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Accurate personal and trip data must be provided
  • Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the start date; deposit may be refunded within 12 months if not used
  • Users are responsible for verifying property details and reporting damages
  • Users must not copy content, overload the system, or distribute harmful software

V. Provider Rights and Obligations

  • Provider is not responsible for how users use the service
  • May suspend or terminate services for violations
  • Not liable for software/hardware damages or data loss
  • May collect and use user data in compliance with GDPR

VI. Service Features

  • Browsing, sharing content, and making inquiries
  • No automatic contract is formed by sending an inquiry
  • External linking is for user convenience; not under Provider’s Terms

VII. Intellectual Property

  • All content is Provider’s intellectual property or lawfully used
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited
  • Use of trademarks requires prior written consent
